Recipients of the data may be technical service providers who act as processors for the operation and maintenance of our website.

The provision of the aforementioned personal data is not required by law or contract. However, the functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed without the IP address. Individual services may not be available or may be restricted. Therefore, an objection to this processing is excluded.

HubSpot

We use the service HubSpot (HubSpot, 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142, USA) for various purposes. HubSpot is an integrated software solution that covers various aspects of online marketing. This includes the integration of forms used to generate leads or the setting of cookies to identify the user. A tracking code on the website allows data from existing forms to be fed into the system to send marketing emails and, where appropriate, pass information to the sales department.

As part of our marketing optimization, the following data may be collected and processed via HubSpot:

  • Geographical position, Browser type, Navigation information, Referral URL.

  • Performance data, Frequency of application use, Mobile app data.

  • Login information for the HubSpot subscription service.

  • Files displayed on-site, Domain name, Pages viewed.

  • Aggregated usage, Operating system version, Internet Service Provider.

  • IP address, Device identifier, Duration of visit.

  • Source of application download, Operating system.

  • Events within the application, Access times, Clickstream data.

  • Device model and version.

The legal basis for the use of HubSpot regarding access to the end device is Section 25(1) TDDDG (Consent). The permissibility of further processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent).

The provision of data is neither legally required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide consent means that the tool will not be used.

Information generated by cookies about the use of the website is transferred to HubSpot in the USA and stored there. This is done in compliance with the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (utilizing standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Personal data collected via HubSpot will be deleted unless we have a legitimate interest in further storage. We only store data strictly necessary to achieve the relevant purpose. Where possible, personal data will be anonymized.
